Milwaukee EV Chargers is a licensed, local electrical contractor focused on home and light-commercial EV charger installation across metro Milwaukee. We do the load calculation up front, pull the permit, run the circuit to code, and schedule the inspection. The person who quotes your job is a licensed electrician, not a call center, and the flat quote includes the permit and inspection.
Level 2 charger installs, NEMA 14-50 outlets, hardwired wall connectors, electrical panel and service upgrades when the load calculation requires one, outdoor and detached-garage runs, and commercial and multi-unit charging. We size the circuit correctly, mount and wire the charger, handle the permit and inspection, and tell you honestly when a lower-cost option does the job.
We are a licensed and insured electrical contractor. Every EV charger install is permitted with the city or village and inspected by the local electrical authority. We will share our license number and a certificate of insurance on request before any work starts, and we do the load calculation that the inspection depends on before we quote, not after.
We do not push a panel upgrade you do not need to pad the ticket, and we do not skip one you do need to win a job. We do not do unpermitted work, ever, since an unpermitted EV circuit can void insurance and fail at resale. And we do not steer you to the most expensive charger when a simpler outlet charges your car just as well.
Primary service area: Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Brookfield, West Allis, Greenfield, and Oak Creek, the metro Milwaukee area about 25 miles from downtown across Milwaukee County and into Waukesha. For addresses outside that radius we may quote a trip fee or refer you to a closer electrician.
We are a licensed and insured electrical contractor. Every EV charger install is permitted with the city or village and inspected by the local electrical authority, and we carry general liability coverage. We will share our license number and a certificate of insurance on request before any work starts.. We will email a current Certificate of Insurance on request before we head out. Ask the dispatcher.
